At VARMAS, our flagship digital processors run some of the most advanced coaches in the country. For most fleets, our standard lineup provides more than enough control and power.
But as an engineering team composed of obsessive sound lovers, we never want to stop inventing. Sometimes, we don't just want to install a great system - we want to build something entirely new just to see how far we can push the boundaries of automotive audio.
When we get that itch to innovate, we look for a client who is just as passionate as we are to help us bring the vision to life.
True custom audio integration requires vision. Our core R&D engineers, the hardware design team, and the technical experts from our service center are constantly conceptualizing new ways to control sound.
If we have a radical idea for a new acoustic footprint, we don't wait for the market to ask for it. We design a bespoke solution from the ground up and pitch the concept to an operator who trusts our engineering.
The perfect example of this proactive engineering happened in 2025 with what we internally call The Icon Project.
The visionary team at Oneness Travels brought us a standard passenger bus they were naming the Scorpion. Structurally, it was a normal coach. But the client was incredibly passionate about sound and wanted an experience that passengers would never forget.
Our team saw a blank canvas. Instead of just outfitting the Scorpion with our standard premium processors, the VARMAS R&D team pitched a radical idea: what if we built a completely bespoke digital brain capable of micromanaging the exact frequencies reaching every single inch of this standard bus? What if we built something the industry had never seen?
The client loved the idea and gave us the green light. After intense R&D, hardware prototyping, and rigorous testing by our technical service team, we delivered a processor that completely transformed that standard bus into a rolling concert hall.
The processor we engineered for Oneness Travels in 2025 shattered the standard limitations of mobile audio control.
We delivered a massive 36-channel, 36-band custom processing unit.
Total Cabin Mastery: 36 independent channels allowed the Scorpion to route highly specific audio signals to dedicated zones throughout the normal coach seating, wrapping every individual passenger in perfect volume and clarity.
Precision Tuning: With 36 bands of equalization, our technicians were able to tune the standard cabin with surgical precision, elevating a normal transport environment into an elite acoustic space.
